STATUTES (REPEALS AND MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2009 (NO. 8 OF 2009) - SECT 32

32 .         Children and Community Services Act 2004 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Children and Community Services Act 2004 .

        (2)         In section 3 insert in alphabetical order:

        judge means a judge of the Court;

        (3)         In the provisions listed in the Table before “magistrate” (each occurrence) insert:
