STATUTES (REPEALS AND MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2009 (NO. 8 OF 2009) - SECT 65

65 .         Gold Corporation Act 1987 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Gold Corporation Act 1987 .

        (2)         In section 3(1) in the definition of subsidiary delete paragraph (c) and insert:

            (c)         a body determined to be a subsidiary of Gold Corporation under subsection (3);

        (3)         After section 3(2) insert:

        (3)         Part 1.2 Division 6 of the Corporations Act applies for the purpose of determining whether a body is a subsidiary of Gold Corporation.
