75 .         Home Building Contracts Act 1991 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Home Building Contracts Act 1991 .

        (2)         In section 25E(2) delete the passage that begins with “before” and ends with “ Act 1996 .” and insert:

                before the commencement of the Home Building Contracts Amendment Act 1996 .
