86 .         Litter Act 1979 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Litter Act 1979 .

        (2)         In section 9(1)(b), (d), (e) and (f) delete “The Confederation” and insert:

                the Chamber of Commerce and Industry

        (3)         Delete section 9(6) and insert:

        (6)         In this section —

        Chamber of Commerce and Industry means the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia (Inc).
