This legislation has been repealed.
(1) A person aggrieved
by a reviewable decision of the Board in relation to that person may apply to
the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of the decision.
(2) In subsection (1)
—
person aggrieved means a person —
(a)
whose registration as a builder is affected by a reviewable decision; or
(b) who
applies for registration;
reviewable decision means a decision of the Board
—
(a)
refusing or suspending registration; or
(b)
granting registration on a condition or conditions.
