This legislation has been repealed.
If —
(a) an
authorized officer believes on reasonable grounds that a dangerous situation
exists; and
(b)
either —
(i)
a person to whom a notice under section 25 or 26 has been
given has not complied with the notice; or
(ii)
giving such a notice to a person would not be appropriate
to avert, eliminate or minimize the danger,
the authorized officer
may take or cause to be taken any action he or she believes on reasonable
grounds to be necessary to avert, eliminate or minimize the danger.
