FREMANTLE ELECTRICITY UNDERTAKING AGREEMENT ACT 1952 - SECT 2

2 .         Interpretation

                In this Act unless the context requires otherwise —

        “Agreement” means the Agreement set out in The Schedule;

        “Board” means The Fremantle Municipal Tramways and Electric Lighting Board constituted under the Fremantle Municipal Tramways and Electric Lighting Act 1903 ² ;

        “Scheduled agreement” means any agreement set out in paragraph B of the Second Schedule to the Agreement.
