The payment of all
moneys payable by the Treasurer or any delegate of the Treasurer under any
guarantee or indemnity given by the Treasurer under the authority of this Act
is guaranteed by the Government of the State, and any liability arising under
any such guarantee or indemnity shall be charged to the Consolidated Fund
which is to the necessary extent appropriated accordingly.
