INVENTIONS ACT 1975 - SECT 11

11 .         Functions of Committee

                The functions of the Committee shall be —

            (a)         to examine and evaluate any invention referred to it by the Minister; and

            (b)         to advise the Minister in relation to the exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4.
