MEDICAL ACT 1894 - SECT 12K

12K .         Obstruction of investigator

                A person shall not prevent or attempt to prevent an investigator from entering premises or otherwise obstruct or impede an investigator in the exercise of his or her powers under section 12E.

        Penalty: $2 000.
