(1) Each member of a
committee is to be a natural person.
(2) The Board may
remove a person from membership of a committee and may reconstitute or
discharge a committee established by the Board.
(3) A committee is to
ensure that an accurate record is kept and preserved of the proceedings of
each meeting of the committee and of each resolution passed by the committee.
(4) Subject to this
Act, a committee may determine its own procedures.
(5) A person with
special knowledge or experience may be invited to act in an advisory capacity
to a committee if the committee is of the opinion that the person will assist
the committee in the performance of its functions and the Board has approved
the invitation.
