OSTEOPATHS ACT 2005 - SECT 44

44 .         Insolvency

        (1)         In subsection (2) —

        insolvent means a person who is an insolvent under administration as defined in the Corporations Act section 9.

        (2)         An osteopath must, within 7 days of becoming an insolvent, give the registrar written advice of the insolvency.

        Penalty: $5 000.
