This legislation has been repealed.
(1) Within 14 days of
making an order under section 54, if that order is not revoked under
section 54(3), the Board is to —
(a) make
an allegation about the matter in respect of which the order was made to the
State Administrative Tribunal; and
(b)
order that any other proceedings under this Part in respect of the matter
commenced before the making of the order be discontinued.
(2) Upon an allegation
made under subsection (1) the State Administrative Tribunal may, in addition
to any other order it may make, affirm or revoke an order under section 54(1)
or vary the order by extending the period for which it applies or in any other
respect.
