This legislation has been repealed.
(1) An osteopath who
believes that his or her ability to practise osteopathy is affected because of
an impairment matter may ask the Board to impose a condition with respect to
his or her registration.
(2) If the Board and
the osteopath agree upon the condition to be imposed, the Board is to impose
that condition with respect to his or her registration.
(3) If the Board and
the osteopath do not agree upon the condition to be imposed, the Board is to
refer the matter to the impairment review committee for investigation under
this Division.
