This legislation has been repealed.
(1) An investigator is
to —
(a)
within such period as the appointing body requires prepare a report on the
investigation, and make recommendations as to the manner in which the
complaint should be dealt with; and
(b)
immediately after preparing the report, provide the appointing body with a
copy of the report.
(2) The investigator
is to return his or her certificate of appointment at the time the appointing
body is provided with a copy of the report.
