This legislation has been repealed.
(1) If, under
section 54(1)(c), 68(2)(b), 78(1)(j) or 79(1)(d), a person is suspended from
the practice of osteopathy generally, the person is to be regarded as not
being registered during the period of the suspension.
(2) If, under
section 54(1)(c), 78(1)(j) or 79(1)(d), a person is suspended from the
practice of osteopathy in relation to any specified circumstances or service,
the person is to be regarded as not being registered during the period of the
suspension in relation to the circumstances or the performance of the service
specified in the order of suspension.
(3) The Board may, by
notice in writing, revoke a suspension, either generally or to a specified
extent, and may direct in the notice that the revocation has effect from a
date specified in the notice.
(4) The Board cannot
revoke a suspension that was imposed by the State Administrative Tribunal
under section 78(1)(j) or 79(1)(d) unless it has applied for, and obtained,
the approval of the Tribunal to do so.
