OSTEOPATHS ACT 2005 - SECT 89

89 .         Obstruction of investigator

                A person must not prevent or attempt to prevent an investigator from entering premises or otherwise obstruct or impede an investigator in the exercise of his or her powers under section 72.

        Penalty:

            (a)         in the case of an individual, $5 000;

            (b)         in any other case, $10 000.
