This legislation has been repealed.
(1) The Authority
shall be —
(a) a
body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal; and
(b)
capable in law in its corporate name of suing and being sued and of doing and
suffering all things that bodies corporate may do and suffer.
(2) All courts, judges
and persons acting judicially shall take judicial notice of the seal of the
Authority affixed to any document and shall presume that it was duly affixed.
