This legislation has been repealed.
(1) If a parole order
made by the Governor is cancelled, the Governor may subsequently make another
parole order in respect of the prisoner.
(2) If the Governor
makes another parole order in respect of the prisoner, the parole period is
that set by the Governor; but it must be at least 6 months and not more than 5
years and must not be longer than the parole period of the cancelled parole
order.
