SENTENCE ADMINISTRATION ACT 1995 - SECT 67

67 .         Cancellation by CEO

        (1)         If under section 64 an HDO is cancelled, written notice of the decision to cancel is to be given by the CEO to the prisoner as soon as practicable.

        (2)         Subject to section 114, the written notice must include reasons for the decision.
