This legislation has been repealed.
(1) The Authority is
to refer, by notice in writing, particulars of the proposed development
—
(a) to
each public authority that appears to it to have functions that are relevant
to, or whose operations are likely to be affected by, the proposed
development; and
(b) to
the City of Subiaco and the Town of Cambridge.
(2) The City of
Subiaco and the Town of Cambridge and a public authority to which particulars
are referred under subsection (1) may make submissions on the proposed
development to the Authority.
(3) The Authority is
not to make a decision under section 50 on the proposed development until
—
(a) the
expiration of 42 days after all notices have been given as required by
subsection (1); or
(b)
final submissions have been made to it by all authorities to which particulars
were referred under that subsection,
whichever is the
sooner.
