SUBIACO REDEVELOPMENT ACT 1994 - SECT 8

8 .         Chairperson and deputy chairperson

        (1)         The member appointed under section 7(1)(a) is to be the chairperson of the Authority.

        (2)         The Minister is to appoint another member to be the deputy chairperson of the Authority.
