This legislation has been repealed.
(1) There is
established by this section a Commission by the name of the Western Australian
Planning Commission.
(2) The Commission is
a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and is capable of
—
(a)
acquiring, holding and disposing of real and personal property;
(b)
suing and being sued; and
(c)
doing and suffering all such acts and things as bodies corporate may lawfully
do and suffer.
(3) The Commission is
an agent of the Crown in right of the State.
