Western Australian Repealed Acts Western Australian Repealed ActsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) In addition to the
powers conferred on it by section 48, the Commission may borrow from the
Treasurer such amounts as the Treasurer approves on such conditions relating
to repayment and payment of interest as the Treasurer imposes.
(2) By virtue of this
subsection the Account and the assets of the Commission are charged with the
due performance by the Commission of all obligations arising from any advance
made under this section.
