Western Australian Repealed Acts Western Australian Repealed ActsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) A member or an
associate member shall hold office for such term, not exceeding 5 years, as is
specified in his or her instrument of appointment, and is eligible for
reappointment.
(2) A member or an
associate member, unless he or she sooner resigns or is removed from office,
shall continue in office until his or her successor comes into office,
notwithstanding that the term for which he or she was appointed may have
expired.
