1. 24 hours’ prior notice
of introduction of the animals is to be given to an authorised person.
2.
The proposed time of arrival at the place of
inspection is to be given to an authorised person and approved by that person.
3. The animals shall be held in secure enclosures
during transport.
4. A copy of this permit is to
accompany the animals.
5. The animals shall be
inspected on arrival.
6. After inspection the
declared animals are to be placed in the following manner of enclosure and the
following precautions shall be adopted —
