1.4 .         Application

                Without derogating from anything in these regulations where a packaging, bulk container or a freight container has contained dangerous goods, these regulations apply to and in relation to that packaging, bulk container or freight container as if it continued to contain such dangerous goods until it is free from those dangerous goods.
