Western Australian Repealed Regulations Western Australian Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) The licensee,
occupier and any person in or about any premises in which dangerous goods are
stored shall take all practical precautions to prevent the occurrence of an
accident through fire, explosion or leakage of dangerous goods in or at those
premises.
(2) Without derogating
from the generality of subregulation (1) the licensee or occupier of
premises in which dangerous goods are stored shall ensure that the provisions
of this Division are complied with.
