This legislation has been repealed.
(1) The occupier of
licensed premises or the licensee of those premises shall —
(a)
obtain from the manufacturer or agent supplying the dangerous goods a
material safety data sheet (referred to as the "MSDS") in relation to each of
the dangerous goods being stored on the premises; and
(b)
inform those persons handling the dangerous goods where the MSDS is kept.
(2) Where an MSDS
referred to in subregulation (1) has been substituted or amended the
occupier or the licensee of the premises shall as far as is practicable obtain
the current MSDS from the supplier.
