This legislation has been repealed.
(1) If dangerous goods
of different types are such that they may interact dangerously, the goods
shall be segregated in the manner specified by Note X to Table 5,
notwithstanding regulation 4.33.
(2) Notwithstanding
regulation 4.33 and without limiting the operation of
subregulation (1), dangerous goods named in column 1 of the Table to this
regulation shall be segregated from dangerous goods named in column 2 in the
manner specified by Note X to Table 5.
