The master of any
vessel, at any port in the State, shall, when required by an inspector or a
person authorised in writing by the Chief Inspector, cause all fittings and
parts of the vessel that have come into contact with stock or have been used
in connection with the transport of stock, to be thoroughly cleansed and
disinfected.
