This legislation has been repealed.
(1) Subject to
subregulation (1a), a person shall not carry out a tuberculin test on
stock for the purposes of these regulations unless —
(a) he
is a veterinary surgeon registered under the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1960
; and
(b) the
Chief Inspector has approved of him as a person who may carry out such a test.
(1a) The Chief
Inspector may approve of an inspector carrying out a tuberculin test on stock
for such of the purposes of these regulations as he thinks fit.
(2) An approval given
by the Chief Inspector to a person to carry out tuberculin tests may be
revoked by the Chief Inspector at any time.
