This legislation has been repealed.
(1) The owner must, if
directed to do so by an inspector, arrange for the chickens to be tested for
non-virulent Newcastle disease.
(2) The owner must
permit an inspector, or a person authorised by an inspector, to take blood
samples from the chickens for the purposes of testing the samples for
non-virulent Newcastle disease.
