Western Australian Repealed Regulations Western Australian Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
Notwithstanding
anything in these regulations, a person shall not dispose of any swill from a
vehicle that is in the course of or has recently completed a journey from
another State or Territory of the Commonwealth except for the purposes of
disposal by incineration.
