Western Australian Repealed Regulations Western Australian Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
The Registrar shall
cause the stock ledger and transfer books to be closed for a period not
exceeding fourteen days next preceding any of the days on which interest on
the stock is payable, and the persons who on the day the books are so closed
are inscribed as holders of stock shall be entitled to receive the interest
next payable thereon.
