A lighter conveying
explosives to or from vessels, wharves or other places shall be duly licensed
in accordance with the provisions of the Western Australian Marine Act 1948 4
under such conditions as may be prescribed in the license by the Chief
Inspector of Explosives, and shall be subject to any regulation (as far as the
same may be applicable) in force for the time being for the management of
magazines.
