Western Australian Repealed Regulations Western Australian Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) The driver of a
motor driven vehicle, who is permitted to drive into any cargo shed or upon a
wharf, shall not take or permit the vehicle to approach within 50 feet of any
inflammable goods.
(2) The driver or
person in charge of a motor vehicle shall not permit the vehicle to remain
within any cargo shed for any period in excess of that necessary for the
discharging or unloading of the vehicle.
