This legislation has been repealed.
A person shall, if and
when required so to do by a member of the Police Force who reasonably believes
that the person is on any wharf or other premises vested in the Port Authority
in breach of regulation 197, 211, 212, and 212A, give his name and address
and, if required by the member of the Police Force, leave the wharf or such
other premises or such part of the wharf or such other premises as may be
specified by the member of the Police Force.
