This legislation has been repealed.
(1) The master of any
vessel within the Port —
(a)
shall anchor, moor or berth the vessel at the place appointed by the Harbour
Master and in no other place;
(b)
shall forthwith comply with any order of the Harbour Master requiring
him —
(i)
to move the vessel from its place in the Port to any
other place in the Port;
(ii)
to put down additional anchors or mooring lines to secure
the vessel; or
(iii)
to slacken any anchor chains or ropes or mooring lines
securing the vessel.
