This legislation has been repealed.
A person shall not
make, repair, dress, or scrape spars or masts or do carpentry, smithwork,
boilermaking, sailmaking or rigging work of any kind, on, or under, any wharf
or in, or under, any shed, or hand or put up sails, masts, spars or any other
thing to, or upon, any beam or joist or any other part of any wharf or shed,
without the permission of the Harbour Master or Wharf Manager, in writing.
