The Port Authority is
not responsible for the non-delivery of goods or their delivery to persons
other than the consignee, or of goods that, or the packages of which, are not
marked or are erroneously or insufficiently marked, or that have numerous, old
or imperfectly erased marks thereon, or, in the case of more than one
consignment of goods of apparently similar character or appearance, in the
same ship, that bear the same, or similar marks.
