Western Australian Repealed Regulations Western Australian Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) This regulation
applies to a person, other than a local government, if the person operates a
kerbside recycling collection service in a local government district.
(2) A person to whom
this regulation applies must, within 3 months after the end of each
financial year in which the service operates, give the Chief Executive Officer
the information mentioned in regulation 10(3)(c), and (d)
to (f) in relation to the local government district.
Penalty: $5 000.
