Western Australian Repealed Regulations Western Australian Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) A person licensed
as an operator must give the Chief Executive Officer written notice of details
of any change of employer or principal of that person that is relevant to the
collection or transport of a controlled waste within 7 days of changing
employer or principal.
(2) An operator who
contravenes subregulation (1) commits an offence.
