FREMANTLE PORT AUTHORITY REGULATIONS 1971 - REG 121B

121B .         Port Authority may exempt dredges from pilotage

                The Port Authority may — 

            (a)         exempt a vessel engaged in dredging operations within the Port from pilotage.
