The Port Authority
will not be responsible for the wrong or non-delivery of goods to persons
other than the consignee, or of goods which are not marked or are erroneously
or deficiently marked, or which have numerous old or imperfectly erased marks
thereon, nor in cases where more than one consignment of goods of apparently
similar character or appearance in the same vessel, bear the same or similar
marks.
