The ordinary working
hours of the Port shall be the hours from 7.30 a.m. to 12 noon and from 12.30
p.m. to 3.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays, except upon such days as may be
appointed holidays under regulation 303 of these regulations, but where
vehicles are in the vicinity and ready to load or unload cargo from or to the
wharf or transit sheds prior to 3.30 p.m. the ordinary working hours may, at
the discretion of the Manager, be extended to 4.30 p.m. without penalty
to the cargo owners.
