This legislation has been repealed.
(1) With the exception
of craft duly authorised by the Port Authority, vessels of any description
shall not enter a prohibited explosives area of water in the Fremantle Outer
Harbour bounded by the following lines —
From a line commencing at the shoreline

thence in a south westerly

thence in an easterly direction to the shoreline

thence in a
northerly and north easterly direction along
the shoreline at the high water
mark to

Longitude 115º 46.439 ′E.
(2) Any person
committing a breach of this regulation shall be liable to a penalty not
exceeding $2 000 in respect of each breach.
