A person shall not
bring a horse or permit a horse to remain upon any beach that is within the
Harbour except between the hours of midnight and 5.30 a.m. next following
during the months of November, December, January, February and March or
between the hours of midnight and 6 a.m. next following during the months of
April, May, June, July, August, September and October.
