This legislation has been repealed.
(1) A person shall
not, without the written permission of the Harbour Master, enter upon, climb
about or otherwise remain on any vessel that is sunk, stranded, or abandoned
within the limits of the Port.
(2) The Port Authority
may remove from such vessel any person contravening this regulation, and, in
addition to any penalty incurred for such contravention, the person so removed
shall pay to the Port Authority the expenses of and incidental to such
removal, and in default the Port Authority may recover the same in any court
of competent jurisdiction.
