This legislation has been repealed.
A person shall not
enter and remain upon any wharf or other premises vested in the Port Authority
unless he has, in the opinion of an authorised person, legitimate business to
warrant his presence, thereon and any person refusing, when required by an
authorised person to state the nature of the business warranting his presence
on those premises or any person refusing to leave those premises when so
requested to do by an authorised person is guilty of an offence.
